Cycle on greenway along the coast outside Guilvinec. Powdery white sand on long and wide beaches, with sculpture like big rocks scattered around.

Drive to Pont l'Abbe to see the famous “lived on bridge”, an old bridge across the wide river with buildings built on one side. Peaceful town with small boats moored along the river lined with huge mature trees.

Final destination of the day is to nearby Concarneau, to visit the walled island city, connected to the town by a bridge. City wall built in the 14C, reminded me of Dubrovnik, even though much smaller. There are cottages, restaurants, touristy shops, hotels and church inside, still very good atmosphere, especially one side of the walled city is a forest. Walked along the ramparts to see the view outside. A pity there is not tall tower for a good aerial view of the walled city.
