Baked lamb saddle on green bean
Easy meal with meat, veg and sauce in one dish.
Season lamb saddle with rosemary salt and pepper for a few hours.
Place saddle in the middle of baking dish, green beans on either side, pour on green bean a sauce make of cream, curry powder, soy sauce, brown sugar and fresh rosemary.
Bake at 200˚C until lamb is pink in the middle, around 25 minutes.
