This vegetable can work with strong seasonings and has a subtle sweetness, and can be prepared to look like flat noodles
after cooking.
1. Peel skin, and cut
into noodle shape long thin slices.
2. Heat a spoonful of
chili bean paste in oil until fragrant, add in khol rabi slices, stir and cook
for around 10 minutes, season with salt & sugar, add in basil.
