There are a few very old oak trees near the house,
they are dropping their fruits now, acorns. I picked a big bag of acorns, if I
have pigs, I should be feeding them acorns, like the Spanish in making their
famous ham.
The plan is in December, when the ground will be
soft, I drop them into holes along the forest edge, gradually enlarging the
forest.
