Fusion mince meat

Mince meat tart is a Christmas treat, I usually follow Delia Smith's recipe to make the mince meat. This year, instead of using currants, raisins and mix peel, I replaced with equal quantities of Chinese dried health fruits, adjusted with using less sugar:

Goji berry 杞子

Red date 紅棗

Longan

Fig


The result is great tasting tart that feels good to eat.
