Traditionally made carob syrup is boiled on
wood fire, and has a smoky and caramel taste. Addition of salt enriches
flavor dimension.
Carob syrup 100gm
Milk 250gm
Sour cream 250gm
Half teaspoon of salt
Mix well and pour into ice cream machine.
