Cooking in Chiang Mai, Thailand



I like to take cooking class whenever I travel, it is a way to meet local people, other travelers from around the world, and learn some cooking tricks.


Thai food is popular and I like the taste too, it was a pleasant surprise to find that it is so fast to cook Thai dishes. Unlike Indian curry, Thai version does not need long cooking time, same for their soups, just bring to boil for a few minutes is enough.
