First pizza of the season


After calming down weeds and the veg garden is planted and growing, it is time to enjoy outdoor eating.


Started off with pizza bianca with sesame,


followed by pizza with zucchini, fennel leaves (both marinated in salt & olive oil for an hour to soften), precooked cow tongue cut into cubes, and Guyere cheese,


next is pizza with mushroom, beetroot, parsley (all marinated in salt & olive oil for an hour to soften) and slices of goat cheese.
