Steengaard, from farm to table, Denmark, Fyn




A big estate with 1000Ha of land, purchased and converted into organic farming of cattle, sheep, pig, duck, wheat and vegetable 3 years ago.

They have their own butcher, baker, shop and restaurant to sell the produce. 

Salami, ham and sausages are made in the old way without nitrates. 
Tried pork shoulder chop, sausage with sage, sausage with paprika and lamb salami, all delicious.
