Made this simple cake to use up apples, a
good harvest this year.

flour 120gm
eggs 2
sugar 100gm
yeast 8gm
a pinch of salt
apple 400g cut into thin slices

1. Mix all ingredients together very well,
pour into paper lined baking tray. Place in a warm oven for 2 hours.
2. Bake at 180˚C until firm and brown,
around 45 minutes.
