| Avocado with soy sauce |
I used to turn avocado into guacamole
for use as dip. Just found out that it goes well with a few drops of good
quality soy sauce, like the Yuan's brand. The fresh
creamy taste of avocado is still there, highlighted by the rich flavor of soy sauce.
