Octopus salad

Octopus salad is a common dish in the Med coast. These are small ones and should not be tough.

Octopus

I simply make a broth with ginger, spring onion and leek, put the octopus in, cover with lid and remove from stove, the residue heat is enough to soften them.

Cut into pieces and mix with salt and olive oil.
