Went to visit a friend's vineyard in
Istria, Croatia where Bio-dynamic farming method is being used.

Nice to see
healthy vines growing among weeds. The owner uses sheep to keep weeds in
control, and herb infusions to nourish the vines. Needless to say his wines
tasted extremely good, a reflection of his technique.

The underground cellar is pleasantly cool
in a hot sunny day.
Treated to a simple lunch of fried fish and
squid with polenta.
