Zucchini with semi-dried tomato

This is the time to use up ingredients that are stored from last year's excess harvest.  Semi-dried tomato that has been kept frozen, has an intensive flavor that can brighten up any dish. 
 
flowering thyme
1. Cut zucchini into pieces, garlic into slices, semi-dried tomatoes into pieces, wash a handful of thyme.

2. Sear garlic until golden, add zucchini and thyme, stir-fry until soft, lastly add tomato and season with soy sauce, cook for a couple of minutes.
