Most fruit trees are affected by this
year's cool spring and bear fewer fruits than previous years. The only
exception is the 2 old fig trees, as usual producing a full load of fruits.

1. Cut zucchini, eggplant into thin
slices, cut sweet pepper into halves, sprinkle salt on top and bake at 200˚C
for 10 minutes to soften.

2. Place slices of fig on top, then grated
cheese, bake at 200˚C until golden, around 15 minutes.
