Pork sausage and roast potato slices


Too hot to cook over the stove, put everything in the oven is home style fast food. Placing thinly sliced potatoes under sausages is a good way to use the oil leaked out from sausages. Slices of zucchini make this a healthy meal. There is no need to season as sausages are normally quite salty.
Bake at 180˚ until sausages cooked, around 20 minutes for these fat ones.
