| Roast cheese potato domino |
There is a piece of Brillat Savarin cheese
that has gone too soft, I used it on top of potato domino instead of oil. Bake
at 180˚C for 40 minutes, the smell and taste is fabulous, the potato seems to
be sweeter and nuttier.
