| Rocket sesame sauce |
When there is an over supply of rocket, I
made this cooked sauce, using it like pesto, on green bean here.
1. Wash and spin dry rocket, cut into small
pieces.
2. Cook in olive oil until just soft, add
sesame paste, season with salt and sugar, ready to use.
