It is worth going to the fish market
in the morning to visit the stalls that sell locally caught fish to see what are
available at the moment.

Got these 2 fishes that I have never had before, at
very affordable prices and pretty delicious.

1. Clean fish and season with salt for half
a day.
2. Bake at 180˚C for 13 minutes, rest with
the oven door ajar for another 5 minutes.
