Bake vegetable with lamb's lettuce |
An easy and filling winter dish, brightened
with the colour of fresh lamb's lettuce and smoked paprika.
1. Cut vegetables into pieces, butternut
squash, parsnip, cauliflower etc.
Bake vegetable before cooking |
2. Season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika
and olive oil, bake at 180˚C until soft, around 30 minutes.
3. Mix in lamb's lettuce just before
serving.
