Ordered a half lamb raised on the Achill island, roaming free and eating wild herbs, sounds wonderful, colour of meat deep red. Ordered extra portion of liver, at only 5 Euro, came with the heart too, can be divided into 3 good meals, a pity that Irish has not yet appreciated such nutritious organ meat.
