Pollock and Savoy cabbage in lemony curry sauce


 

This is the third way to enjoy Pollock, a mild spicy lemony curry with Savoy cabbage, very delicious.

1. Season Pollock with salt for a day, sear with bell pepper until both sides golden.

2. Add coconut milk, curry power, chili, Savoy cabbage, season with salt, soy sauce and brown sugar.

3. When fish is cooked through, add juice of half a lemon before serving.
