Dry herb/flower as tea

Continue with the seasonal harvest of medicinal herb/flowers for my tea collection.

Birch, pruned the lower branches and removed the leaves to dry, said to be good for arthritis, reduce water retention, gout and eczema.

Elderflower, not making syrup, but dry the flowers for its use to sweat, to cleanse the skin and anti-inflammatory effects.
