Thick Kailan

Planted Kailan in December in the green house, stayed small until April, and finally growth pick up. Stem becomes tall and thick, leaves huge, in mid May they started to have flower buds, and have to speed up eating them.

The stem is sweet and crunchy, most surprising is the leaves, being thick and tender, really delicious after cooking, feels super healthy eating such thick green leaves.
