A calm evening, a quick decision to eat outside and have pizza. Decided to have a simple vegetarian meal, using fresh herbs, peas and beans from the garden.
1. Pizza Bianca with young garlic (season with salt and olive oil) and sesame.

2. Pizza with scallion (season with salt and olive oil), cherry tomato halves and peas.
3. Pizza with tomato paste, coriander, mushroom (season with curry powder, salt and olive oil) grated cheese.

4. Pizza with tomato paste, thyme flowers, bell peppers ((season with Ras el Han salt and olive oil) and broad bean.
The best one is the second one, wonderful colour, crispy pizza base with sweet peas, fragrant scallion and juicy tomato, great combination.
