Strawberry and lemon verbena
I really love the fragrance of lemon verbena, lovely in hot or cold water. Tried it with strawberry, added a lovely fresh green aroma.
Cut strawberries into halves, mix with a spoon of honey to soften, add fresh lemon verbena, rest for half an hour before serving.
