Pumpkin Pink Banana

 

Harvested the first pumpkin Pink Banana, the first time to grow this Banana shape type of pumpkin. The yield is wonderful, most fruit grown to 35 cm long and at least 4 kg.

Simply cut into slices, brush with oil and baked at 180˚ until soft, around 25 minutes. The texture is nice, creamy dense type, with a mild sweetness.
