Apple frangipane dessert


 

This is an easy to make dessert to use the stored green apple gradually, nice moist texture and feels healthy to eat.

 

1 egg

60gm almond flour

60gm desiccated coconut

60gm flour

60gm brown sugar

30gm butter

120gm cooking apple cut into very small cubes

 

Mix all together and scrape into baking dish, bake at 200˚C until golden, around 45 minutes.
