Outside Dublin, there are very few Michelin star restaurants around, most are inside hotel and only accept dinner with room, and really hard to book. This is the only star restaurant within driving distance, 1/2 hour, and only have 2 nights in this year open for dinner only booking, managed to get in.

A fantastic big Manor with beautiful architecture, that is worth staying longer to see the place.
The meal is well executed, especially like the amuse bouche, starter and desserts with excellent flavor and texture combinations.
