Comptoir a Huitres, Dieppe France

 

 


The first time I see a tray of what fresh seafood is available that night being presented to clients to pick, in France, not the most hygienic but good way to arouse appetite.

 



Picked oyster, razor clam, squid, turbot and ray, happy with the first 3, razor clam and squid are just cooked and sweet. A pity the turbot and ray are slightly overcooked, for my preference.
