What a feast, 2.5kg, the biggest spider crab I have cooked, needs 20 minutes in the steam oven, for Euro 10,5.
I had eaten big spider crab in restaurant Kaia in Getaria, Spain, at a dear price!
Big pieces of meat came out of this spider crab, the meat in the body is tender, and those from the claws so sweet.
It is so tasty there is no need to have any seasoning or dressing.
