A good meal at Ristorante Carmagnoli, Udine Italy, the chefs used a lot of vegetables in each dish, rare in restaurants!

Antipasti of beef tartare, marinated mackerel, stuffed squid and pork belly all have good flavour and texture, and accompanied with a lot of different seasonal vegetables, freshly cooked, pickled or with dressing.
