Delightful
little fish market at Rovinj Croatia, daily fresh catch from the sea
around town, and some imported from the coast opposite.
The seasonal local fish are Guid head bream, anchovy, triglia.
I simply bake, sear or fry, to enjoy the fresh flavour.
