Irish blue fin tuna belly

 

What a luxury to enjoy fresh blue fin tuna belly in Ireland !
I have the center of the piece served raw, and the outside part quick seared on plancha. Both super delicious, with perfect melt in the mouth texture.
I have them plain, season with a sprinkle of salt, or soy sauce.
Also prepared wild garlic in salt and olive oil, toasted sesame, crispy nori seaweed, hot sticky rice to pair with, all tasty.
