Black garlic

 


 

The garlic harvested in July is dry enough to be processed into black garlic, by the black garlic machine, can keep for a long time in the fridge.

It will soon be time to sow garlic for next year’s harvest. After 20 years of growing garlic, I have finally grown enough for making confit garlic, honey fermented garlic, black garlic, and for sowing!
