Seafood feast

 

What a feast! Decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary at home with wonderful Irish seafood.

Nowhere in Ireland can I have blue fin tuna belly, blue lobster and line caught squid in a meal.

With such high quality of fresh local ingredients, no serious cooking skills, fancy seasoning and garnishes needed, just to know when not to overcook them is enough!
