Lamb and sea spaghetti bake

 

Slow cooked lamb shoulder and sea spaghetti with a lot of rosemary in sauce.
A good way to use up rosemary which grows so fast in Ireland, and cooked sea spaghetti not just looks like fettuccine, but similar texture too, except that it has a lot more protein and minerals.
