Crayfish

 

Lobsters for neighbours and crayfishes for us, these are stopped from leaving Ireland (for France/Spain)!

Had a three days tour in beautiful Connemara, met a fisherman in Cleggan who pointed us to this collection point for lobster and crayfish, so that we can come home with some wonderful Irish seafood.


 



Crayfish is around 1.2 kg, steam for 13 minutes, cut the tail and legs off, steam the head for 10 more minutes.

Sweet and tender meat, so full of meat in every corner of the body, and in all the legs, great value.
