Perfect autumn weather in Hong Kong

 


The first time to come back so early in November, and lucky to have dry cool north wind and super sunny clear sky, perfect autumn weather. 






First thing to do is to visit the market, and fill the fridge with goodies in season, pea sprout 豆苗, prawn 九節蝦  (sweet and firm), Mayau 馬友 (nice oily and tender).
