Nibbles with wine





Vegetarian neighbour and family came over for a nibble in the evening. Laid out a few items to enjoy over beer and wine.





Cheese biscuit is most delicious and so easy to make, one portion of butter, aged cheese and flour, bake at 180˚C until just golden, around 13 minutes.

Also baked sour dough flat bread to go with fresh and semi dried tomatoes in pesto sauce.

The rest are edamame, fermented olive, black garlic, honey fermented garlic, nuts and fruits.
