So happy to come back to see that all the garlic planted in end Sept have germinated well. Dug out Yacon from the ground, the first harvest of the year. Great as a snack, juicy crunchy and mildly sweet, also great to cut into small cubes as filler for minced meat. 


Time to sow the first batch of vegetable seeds, Kailan from Uk, a variety of Choi sum called 红菜苔 with a more crunchy stalk, Daikon from Japan, a white with pink centre cherry Misato Rose cherry, a lot to look forwards to.
