Basil is growing well and can regularly harvest a bowl of leaves from the 10 plants. I blend with salt, pine nuts and olive oil to make a tasty green sauce similar to Pesto, but without cheese. As I notice with added cheese like a proper pesto, it can stick to the pan when mixing with cooked food. Keep in portions in small paper cup and freeze.
