Suddenly have a wish to eat soft cake, look at the ingredients I have and decided to make a chocolate yogurt cake.
2 yolks
50gm flour
250gm yogurt
sugar to sweeten
2 egg whites whisked to soft peaks
Bake at 160˚C until set, around 40 minutes, very soft mouse texture.
