Duck breast & peach chutney
1. Cook duck breast as described in previous post.
2. To make peach chutney, semi-dry peaches in fruit drier, then cook them in lemon juice or vinegar, with sugar, salt, star anise, clove, ginger, cinnamon until the sauce thickens.
