What
a pleasant surprise to find a number of good restaurants in Lima that serve
very fresh seafood and meat with just the right degree of cooking, and best of all, at very affordable
prices.
Excellent balance of taste and texture, and beautiful presentation.
Chef Wong uses very fresh and very big fish, in this case, sole, to make his version of tiradito, and other dishes.
Both Restaurants El Mercado and La Mar have tasteful decoration, relaxing atmosphere and use very fresh seafood.
