Sweet potato

I like growing sweet potato, so easy, just bury the tuber and leaves will pop up when the weather is steadily hot, in July.

The leaves are beautiful and are great ground cover. I planted 2 varieties this year, a purple one from Hong Kong with heart shape leaves and purple rim, and a golden yellow one with heavily indented leaves that I brought back from Peru last year.
