Apple and peach chutney


When there are fruit that are still good but not looking very presentable, I will turn them into chutney. The sweet, sour, spicy flavor is great with sausages or any roast meat.
Apple and peach chutney

Cook apple, peach (cut into cubes) and a handful of raisin with cider vinegar, brown sugar, big pinch of salt,  chili, clove and ginger, until apple turned soft.
