I grow 3 varieties of sweet potatoes,
orange, purple and white, both for the tubers at the end of the season and also
for having the tender shoots as stir-fry green leafy vegetable. It also acts as
a beautiful ground cover to stop weed growing on bare ground.
It is interesting to see that the leaves
are different for the 3 varieties.
