| Fresh green salad |
Sowed seeds of lamb's lettuce, edible chrysanthemum 苘蒿,
parsley and coriander in early April, now there is enough bigger leaves to
harvest for a light salad full of fragrant. Made a lemon, olive oil, salt and
sugar dressing to serve with.
