It is so rare to have clear blue sky that
when you wake up and see one, you make the instant decision to go up the mountain
for a view. The view of lake and surrounding fields is gorgeous.

A short hike further
up and reached the heather line, the flowers are the brightest
rich purplish pink I have ever seen.

Then noticed bilberry bushes around the heathers,
with ripe dark blue berries, the wild version of blueberry with much more flavor. It was a
wonderful morning.
